Title / titre: Immanuel Kant and the Foundations of Geometry

Abstract / résumé: This talk will give a brief look at Kant's views on mathematics, and the effects that the discovery of non-Euclidean geometries had on Kant's doctrine. Differing views from philosophers such as Wittgenstein, Russell, and A.J Ayer will be presented to point out some interesting contrasts.
